Overview
Dr. Mishra's lab is located on the 2nd floor of the Medical Dental building comprising a total of 1100 square feet, including bench and desk space. In addition, two cell culture hoods (one dedicated exclusively to work with replication defective recombinant viruses) and two CO2 incubators (one dedicated to grow cells infected with the recombinant viruses) are available. The state-of-the-art auditorium for the Deans Distinguished Lecture Series and is located in the New Research Building. It is important to note that extensive research, clinical, and administrative facilities are located in very close proximity to each other. This makes it very easy for investigators to interact and clearly contributes to the outstanding collaborative environment at Georgetown University.
